During this executive coaching agreement, Mark Fenner will work strategically with your company's leadership team to implement the Scaling Up – Mastering the Rockefeller Habits 2.0 platform. This approach will drive down accountability, decision-making, and problem-solving, freeing executive leaders to:
• Invest more time refining strategy.
• Focus more time on nurturing the culture.
• Invest more time in planning execution.
Clarity, alignment, and strategic thinking will result from creating and refining the One-Page Strategic Plan and other Growth Tools. Superior execution will result from implementing the Rockefeller Habits and consistent quarterly planning disciplines.
The framework centers around four key decisions the leadership team must make.
People Decisions
Scaling a business requires attracting, engaging, and retaining the right people while ensuring everyone is clear on their respective roles and responsibilities. This approach will help the leadership team get the right people doing the right things, with clear accountability and engagement.
Strategy Decisions
To attract new clients while maximizing margins, leadership should strive for a unique, valuable strategy for your target market that is simple for the team to execute. Mark will work with executive team members to refine your strategy and lead the industry in revenue growth and profit margins while keeping it simple.
Execution Decisions
Execution challenges surface when increasing revenues are not generating growing profits. History has demonstrated how many firms have tripled their revenue because they have capitalized on a differential advantage, only to see their profitability drop because of the sloppiness of their execution. When execution is haphazard, the organization must rely on the "heroics" of its people, putting in incredible hours to keep the wheels from falling off the organization. Effective execution can improve profitability while reducing drama and time for everyone to complete their work.
Cash Decisions
Cash is the oxygen of any growing business. It provides flexibility, launches new initiatives, and acquires new business. We will work to calculate and shorten your Cash Conversion Cycle (CCC) and explore new ways for your customers to fund your growth.

● Financial modeling through Cash Flow Story
● Unlimited phone support for Executive Team

Rise Performance Group is committed to delivering extraordinary value and going above and beyond the expectations of our clients. If, at any time, we have not exceeded the expectations, the original terms of this agreement become void, and client is invited to pay what they believe our services were worth.
Either party can cancel this annual agreement with 30 days written notice.
If the agreement is signed within 30 days of 16HGP delivery, two months of coaching investment will be credited to 16-Hour Growth Plan fees.
